A fanstastic opportunity has presented itself for 5 Umpires from the SDJFUA. We have been approached by the Swan Districts Football Club to officiate in the Western Desert Finals event in Jigalong October 5th to 9th (approx).

This is an excellent opportunity for some of our more senior umpires to add to their Personal Development. It is also an opportunity for some of our up and coming umpires as well.

The trip would be fully paid for including airfares and basic accommodation and you would also get paid per game. It would be a fantastic experience for those that are keen and would also support our game development and umpire development in the region. With perhaps some umpire coaching of the local Martu whilst you are there.

I am seeking Expressions of Interest only at this stage. Please visit the Members Area and complete the EOI form if you are interested. Further details will be provided in due course. If I receive more than 5 EOI's then selection will be based on age, attitude, training attendance and ability.
