****Congratulations Sav Borg****
The SDJFUA would like to congratulate Sav Borg on becoming our new games record holder.
Sav passed Wayne Taylor’s long standing record of 636 games on Sunday 8th August 2010 at Ray Owen Recreation Centre – Mazenod vs Bassendean. He started umpiring in 1984 as a young boundary umpire and is considered to be one of our all time greatest umpires. He has had some challenges with injury during 2010 but his greatest challenge is still ahead of him – becoming a Dad in September.
